Eventide

Eventide’s 80-year legacy began as an idea from representatives of local churches who came together after recognizing the need for elderly care in Moorhead, MN.

Overview

While Eventide began as a solution for a single communities need, Eventide has blossomed into one of Eastern North Dakota’s premier senior living groups having expanded their campuses in the Fargo-Moorhead community as well as aquisitions in Jamestown and Devils Lake. Most recently, they have expanded their mission into Nebraska.

The Partnership

Eventide Partnered with our team in December of 2023. As a staple of the greater Fargo-Moorhead community, they brought their unique perspective, goals, and challenges into play.

The Story to BE TOLD

We wanted to showcase the depth of Eventide’s values by focusing on how they treat not only their residents but also their employees as well.

The Deliverable

Each Eventide location is a community within a community. A place for retired residents and Eventide employees to coexist and thrive. We worked with their residents and staff to bring forward their stories to the greater communities around them.

Employee Support

We created a heartfelt video for Eventide to showcase their commitment to caring not only for residents but also for their employees. Through their Employee Support Fund, Eventide provides assistance to staff during life’s most challenging moments, such as the loss of a loved one.

This video features the story of an employee who experienced the profound impact of this support firsthand. By sharing her journey, we aimed to highlight how Eventide’s compassionate programs allow their team members to take the time they need to be with family when it matters most.

The video reflects Eventide’s mission of fostering a community built on care and understanding—extending that same care to those who make it all possible: their employees.
